CABINET SHOP MANAGER / CABINET SHOP SUPERVISOR
West Palm Beach / Riviera Beach, Florida Full-Time | Starting at $30.00/hour + Potential Production/Performance Bonuses We are a custom cabinetry company specializing in high-end kitchens, closets, and custom cabinetry. We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Cabinet Shop Manager to oversee our daily shop operations, production, and personnel. This is a management position for an experienced cabinetry professional. It is NOT an entry-level or training position.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in cabinetmaking/cabinetry. Bilingual English and Spanish. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively in BOTH languages. Previous experience supervising and managing cabinet shop/production employees. Strong ability to read and interpret shop drawings, plans, dimensions, details, and production specifications. Experience manufacturing kitchens, closets, custom cabinets, and preferably high-end custom cabinetry. Strong knowledge of plywood, MDF, melamine, and other cabinetry materials. Knowledge and experience with CNC Router equipment. Experience with Drill Tech / drilling equipment. Experience with edge banding machines. Experience with Panel Saw equipment. Knowledge and experience with Gannomat equipment. Experience with cabinet assembly, hardware installation/adjustment, and quality control. Ability to manage multiple projects, establish priorities, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain production schedules. Strong leadership, organization, communication, punctuality, and accountability.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Cabinet Shop Manager will supervise and direct shop personnel, organize daily production, assign work, interpret drawings and specifications, and ensure that each project is manufactured correctly and efficiently. The manager will oversee the complete production process, including plan review, cutting, CNC machining, drilling, edge banding, assembly, hardware, and final quality control. The successful candidate must be capable of managing the shop and leading the team while also having enough hands-on technical knowledge to identify errors, troubleshoot problems, and provide practical solutions during production.
COMPENSATION
Starting compensation is $30.00 per hour, with the possibility of higher compensation based on experience, technical knowledge, leadership ability, and demonstrated capacity to manage personnel and production. Production and/or performance bonuses may also be available and will be discussed with qualified candidates.

We will review the candidate's experience, technical knowledge, personnel-management background, ability to read shop drawings, machinery experience, and English/Spanish communication skills. In-person interview at our cabinet shop. Only candidates who successfully complete the initial screening interview will be invited to the factory for an in-person interview.

Qualified finalists may also be asked to complete a practical/technical evaluation involving cabinetry drawings, production planning, machinery, and/or shop problem-solving.

Pay:
