The Pink Nickel Boutique is looking for an outgoing, dependable, fashion-minded Retail Store Manager who loves working with people and helping customers feel confident in what they wear.

What We're Looking For:

Previous retail experience required; Women's fashion or boutique experience is a plus Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer-service skills. Strong knowledge of women's fashion, styling, fit and current trends. Able to confidently help customers choose clothing and styles that suit them. Trustworthy, punctual, responsible, caring and dependable Able to multitask, work independently, and take ownership of the store. Keep the store clean, organized, attractive, and well merchandised. Comfortable with computers, POS systems, and basic technology. Knowledge of social media is highly desirable Experience creating content, appearing on camera, or doing social media Lives is a major plus. Able to build sales revenue through genuine customer relationships without being pushy. Flexible with scheduling while maintaining approximately 30 hours per week.
