Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations during assigned shifts, including opening and closing procedures. Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, conducting stock counts, and coordinating purchasing and merchandising efforts. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience for all visitors. Execute POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing returns or exchanges. Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding new employees, and providing ongoing training & development. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards while managing scheduling and time management effectively. Experience Proven supervisory or managerial experience in retail or related environments with a focus on team management and shift supervision. Strong background in retail sales, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service excellence. Familiarity with retail math including pricing strategies, sales management, budgeting, and cash handling procedures. Experience with POS systems, purchasing processes, payroll administration, bookkeeping, and inventory control systems. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued for effective communication with diverse customer bases. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to train staff effectively and foster a collaborative team environment. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
