In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations on the restaurant floor, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient food and beverage delivery, and smooth team coordination. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service flow, and customer interactions Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and development in food handling, POS systems (such as Aloha POS and Micros POS), and customer service excellence Manage shift schedules, ensuring proper staffing levels for quick service and fine dining experiences Oversee inventory control, food production, and food safety compliance to minimize waste and maximize quality Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and perform cash handling duties with integrity Ensure adherence to health regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation protocols across all kitchen and dining areas Support hiring processes by interviewing candidates and onboarding/training new team members to strengthen the restaurant teamExperience Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with a focus on food service management Demonstrated supervising experience within hospitality or restaurant settings, including team management and training & development Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking processes, and food industry best practices Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and food safety regulations applicable to casual dining or fine dining establishments Be present 5 days out of the week including 2 brunch services Background in hospitality management with additional experience in kitchen management or catering is highly desirable Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff, handle customer concerns effectively, and maintain high standards of service excellence Join us as a Floor Manager to lead with energy, inspire your team, and deliver memorable dining experiences!
