full-time We are seeking an experienced Electrical Service Department Manager to lead and scale a growing service operation in the Atlanta market. This is an opportunity for an accomplished electrical service leader to take ownership of a department with significant growth potential. This individual will be responsible for building the team, hiring and developing Service Managers, expanding client relationships, and creating the structure needed to support continued growth. Primary customers are in the commercial, industrial, and healthcare markets. What You'll Do Lead the growth and overall performance of the electrical service department. Develop and execute a strategy to significantly scale the service operation. Recruit, hire, and develop Service Managers and other key personnel as the department expands. Grow existing client relationships while developing new service opportunities throughout the Atlanta market. Oversee revenue, profitability, staffing, forecasting, and operational performance. Build scalable processes while maintaining high standards for customer service, safety, and quality. What We're Looking For Strong leadership experience within an electrical contracting service department . Proven ability to grow or scale a service operation, business unit, or division. Experience supporting commercial and industrial customers ; healthcare experience is a plus. Demonstrated success hiring, developing, and leading service management and field teams. Strong business development, financial, and operational management skills. Entrepreneurial, growth-oriented leader who is comfortable building teams and creating structure.
