full-time Framing Operations Manager Peachtree Corners, GA Blue Harlan is partnering with a well-established and highly respected art and graphics production company to identify a Framing Operations Manager . This organization is known for delivering high-quality visual solutions for hospitality, trade show exhibits, museums, and commercial environments. The Framing Operations Manager will lead all aspects of framing production, ensuring projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule while maintaining exceptional quality standards. This individual will oversee production operations, supervise a team of 20+ employees, drive process improvements, and partner closely with sales, design, and executive leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead daily framing production operations to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality expectations. Supervise, coach, and develop a team of 20+ production employees in a manufacturing environment. Optimize workflow, staffing, and resources to improve efficiency and throughput. Develop and implement systems that improve organization, productivity, and operational performance. Partner with leadership to proactively identify and solve production challenges. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and waste reduction. Manage inventory levels and material utilization, including moulding, matting, glass, hardware, and related supplies. Monitor job status and production schedules through company software systems. Train, mentor, and cross-train team members to strengthen operational capabilities. Oversee labor planning, scheduling, and departmental productivity. Ensure framing equipment is properly operated and maintained. Foster a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment. Collaborate across departments to support company goals and customer satisfaction. Key Requirements 5+ years of operations, production management, manufacturing leadership, or framing production experience. Experience leading teams in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment. Proven ability to improve workflows, productivity, and operational efficiency. Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills. Inventory management and materials planning experience. Demonstrated success with quality control and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. Hands-on leadership style with a commitment to accountability and results. Experience in custom framing, print production, graphics manufacturing, woodworking, millwork, sign production, hospitality graphics, or related industries is highly preferred.
