- Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Product Manager with strong retail store operations experience to drive the strategy, development, and delivery of store-focused digital products and solutions . This role will partner with business and technology teams to enhance customer experience, improve associate productivity, and optimize store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and manage product vision, roadmap, and priorities. Gather and translate business requirements into actionable product features. Collaborate with store operations, merchandising, supply chain, and IT teams. Lead Agile product development and delivery. Analyze product performance and drive continuous improvements. Support omnichannel, inventory, POS, and customer experience initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience. Experience in retail store operations and customer-facing solutions. Strong knowledge of POS, inventory management, and omnichannel retail. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in automotive aftermarket, retail, or distribution industries. Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, or similar enterprise platforms.
