Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a Wrap Department Sales & Project Manager to take ownership of the customer experience, sales process, scheduling, and day-to-day performance of our wrap department. This is a highly customer-facing leadership position. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for customers from the initial inquiry and pricing process through scheduling, production, installation, and final delivery. This person will be responsible for generating sales, providing accurate estimates, managing customer expectations, coordinating the wrap department's workflow, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time and profitably. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Sales Serve as the primary point of contact for wrap customers throughout the entire project. Meet with customers and discuss their vehicle wrap, graphics, branding, and design needs. Prepare estimates, pricing, proposals, and invoices as needed. Present pricing confidently and close sales. Follow up on leads, estimates, and pending projects. Clearly communicate project scope, pricing, timelines, and expectations. Build long-term relationships with customers and generate repeat and referral business. Handle customer questions, concerns, and issues professionally and promptly. Ensure customers receive consistent communication and an exceptional experience from start to finish. Department Scheduling & Project Management Schedule and coordinate all wrap department projects. Manage the department's production schedule to maximize efficiency and capacity. Coordinate project timelines between customers, designers, production staff, and installers. Ensure materials, artwork, vehicles, and other requirements are ready before projects are scheduled. Monitor projects from sale through completion and ensure deadlines are met. Identify scheduling conflicts or production issues before they affect the customer. Coordinate with other departments to keep projects moving efficiently. Installation & Parts Coordination Work closely with the Installation Department to coordinate installation schedules, requirements, and project expectations. Coordinate with the Parts Department to ensure necessary parts, components, and vehicle preparation requirements are addressed before installation. Confirm vehicles are properly prepared and all required materials and parts are available before work begins. Communicate changes or special requirements between departments. Ensure smooth handoffs between sales, wrap production, parts, and installation. Quality Control Take ownership of quality control throughout the wrap process. Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company standards before delivery. Identify defects, fitment issues, material problems, or installation concerns. Coordinate corrections and rework when necessary. Ensure projects meet customer expectations and company quality standards. Develop and maintain consistent quality-control procedures. Address recurring quality issues and work with the team to prevent them from happening again. Department Performance & Accountability Track and monitor key wrap department performance metrics. Monitor sales, gross profit, labor efficiency, production capacity, turnaround time, rework, and other department KPIs. Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Help establish department goals and hold the team accountable for performance. Monitor workflow and make adjustments to improve productivity. Report department performance to management on a regular basis. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve the overall operation. Help develop processes and procedures that allow the wrap department to grow efficiently. Qualifications Experience in vehicle wraps, graphics, automotive, signage, print, or a related industry strongly preferred. Previous sales and customer-service experience required. Strong understanding of vehicle wraps and the overall wrap production and installation process. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and project-management abilities. Comfortable discussing pricing, negotiating with customers, and closing sales. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Comfortable working with performance metrics, budgets, and profitability. Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficient with computers, email, estimating/CRM software, and other business systems. Valid driver's license. The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who can sell the job, manage the job, and own the outcome . The right candidate will be a strong communicator and natural leader who can coordinate multiple teams, identify problems before they become customer issues, and hold themselves and the department accountable for results. Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
