As an Assistant Manager, you'll help lead the team, deliver excellent customer service, maintain operational standards, and support the General Manager in keeping the store running efficiently. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can lead by example, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and help create a positive, productive workplace. 6445 GA-85, Riverdale, GA 30274 Responsibilities Support the General Manager with day-to-day store operations Lead and motivate team members during assigned shifts Provide excellent customer service and help resolve customer concerns Assist with training and developing new team members Oversee order accuracy, food preparation, and service standards Manage cash handling and register procedures Help maintain inventory and ensure supplies are properly stocked Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Ensure team members follow company policies and operational procedures Help coordinate shift assignments and keep operations moving efficiently during busy periods Step into different store positions as needed to support the team Requirements Strong leadership and communication skills Dependable, punctual, and organized Ability to lead and work effectively as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Ability to handle cash and follow store procedures accurately Ability to stand, move, and remain active throughout scheduled shifts Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed Previous restaurant, retail, customer service, or leadership experience preferred Join Our Team We're building strong teams at both our College Park and Riverdale Domino's locations and are looking for leaders who are ready to take on more responsibility and grow with the business.
