In this role, you'll help lead daily store operations, support and develop team members, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Qualifications:

1+ years of retail or restaurant supervisory experience (Starbucks experience is a plus). Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
