Car Wash Key Holder / Shift Supervisor - Blue Penguin Car Wash Blue Penguin Car Wash is looking for a dependable Key Holder / Shift Supervisor to join our team. You'll work alongside our attendants while taking responsibility for opening or closing the location and keeping your assigned shift running smoothly. Responsibilities Scrub and prepare vehicles before they enter the wash. Guide drivers onto the conveyor and safely load vehicles. Fold and restock towels, empty trash, and keep the lot and customer areas clean. Assist customers and provide friendly service. Complete opening and closing procedures, including checklists and securing the property. Keep the team organized during your shift and ensure daily tasks are completed. Follow safety procedures and promptly report equipment issues or other concerns to management. Qualifications Dependable, punctual, and comfortable taking responsibility for a shift. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Willing to lead by example and work alongside the team. Comfortable working outdoors and being on your feet throughout the shift. Available to work opening or closing shifts and weekends. Previous car wash or shift leadership experience is helpful, but training is provided.
