Job Description
Vitruvian Consulting is a North Georgia recruiting firm. We place skilled trades with manufacturers across Hall County and the surrounding area. We're filling welding and production lead roles on both 1st and 2nd shift, and we keep good leads in mind for openings as they come up. What You'll Do
- Lead a small production or welding team on your shift
- Make sure everyone has work at the start of the shift and keep the line moving
- Check quality and help your team fix problems
- Train and help newer team members
- Work hands-on alongside your team
- Keep your area clean and safe, and make sure your team wears PPE
- Other tasks as directed by your supervisor What You Bring
- Experience as a lead, cell lead or lead hand in a manufacturing or fabrication shop
- Hands-on production, welding or machine experience
- Able to read basic prints
- Dependable attendance
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to reliably commute within the Hall County area Helpful, But Not Required
- TIG or MIG welding
- Assembly or machine shop background
- Forklift or overhead crane experience Schedule Full-time.
