Store Manager

Job Description Lo & Gussie's is seeking a motivated, style-savvy Boutique Store Manager to oversee daily operations and create a welcoming, personalized shopping experience for every customer. If you love fashion, people, and creating a welcoming atmosphere, this role might be fore you. In this role, blends leadership, sales, merchandising, and light social media management. What you will do Manage day to day operations with attention to detail Deliver exceptional customer service and build genuine relationships Style customers and offer personalized outfit recommendations Manage and motivate a small team Maintain store merchandising to keep the store fresh, inviting, and onbrand Track sales goals and help drive revenue through thoughtful selling Assist with inventory and restocking Plan and execute in-store promotions Manage social media content including: posting consistently, showcasing new arrivals, best sellers, and styling ideas, and engaging with customers through comments and messages What we are looking for Retail or boutique management experience, preferred Experience with POS systems, purchasing processes, preferred Strong leadership & communication skills Interest in fashion and styling Comfortable creating content Organized, and dependable Available to work some weekends and occasional events Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Bonus or commission opportunities Employee discount
