Duties Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system management Lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective training, coaching, and performance feedback Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory control to ensure product availability and presentation standards Manage scheduling, shift assignments, and workload distribution to optimize team productivity Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Conduct interviewing and hiring processes for new staff to build a strong retail team Implement sales strategies, monitor sales performance, and support achieving sales targets Requirements Proven supervisory or managerial experience within the retail industry or similar environment Strong knowledge of retail sales techniques, inventory management, POS systems, and cash handling procedures Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are preferred Demonstrated ability in employee orientation, training & development, and team management Skilled in negotiation, purchasing, pricing strategies, and operational management Basic math skills for cash register operations, bookkeeping, budgeting, and retail math calculations Experience with wireless sales or grocery store operations is a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently with excellent organizational skills Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced setting Join us as a Supervisor to lead with energy and purpose!
