Overseeing the preparation of our signature treats, such as fudge, chocolates, caramel apples, and waffle cones. What We're Looking For We're seeking a motivated and reliable individual with a passion for leadership and a love for all things sweet. To thrive in this role, you'll need: At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in retail, food service, or a similar environment. Full availability year around! Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively manage a team and daily operations. A positive attitude and a commitment to creating a welcoming environment for both customers and team members. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation .
