Licensed Master Plumber / Plumbing Department Manager

This role is built for a skilled plumbing professional who can confidently oversee plumbing work, diagnose issues, perform repairs and installations, ensure code compliance, and deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners from arrival to job completion. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and licensed Master Plumber to: Qualify and license the company in the state of Georgia Help build and launch our residential plumbing division Assist in hiring and training future plumbing technicians Establish processes, standards, pricing, and operational structure Perform residential plumbing service and replacement work initially Grow into a leadership role as the department scales This role has very high growth potential for the right person. • Get rewarded for every win iPad and Paperless Invoicing Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems Perform plumbing service calls with professionalism, accuracy, and care Troubleshoot water heaters, drains, leaks, fixtures, piping, and other plumbing issues Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with local plumbing codes Provide clear options and recommendations to homeowners Maintain a clean and organized appearance.

Requirements:

MUST HAVE

Active Georgia Master Plumbing License Ability and willingness to qualify/license company Strong residential plumbing experience Leadership mindset High integrity and professionalism Desire to help build and scale a department

Preferred:
