Shift Lead Advertised Pay:

$21.50 per hour

• 2:30 AM Mon-Thurs + OT Fri/Sat as needed

General Information:

Creative Packaging is a rapidly growing, fast-paced manufacturing company is looking for a full-time Team Lead at our Unadilla, Georgia location. This position will report directly to the Site Manager. This position will effectively lead employees on shift to ensure that production quotas are met.

• Supervise 13+ employees during shift.
• Conduct team meetings to review production efficiencies and safety.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Ensure that 5 vertical form fill seal machines are running properly.
• Maintain 90%+ shift production efficiency.
• Mix gel solution.
• Complete data entry for production tracking.
• Maintain updated logs for ISO data.
• Training new employees on packing and machine operation.
• Conduct quality checks.
• Assist with palletizing cases of gel packs (lifting 40lbs frequently throughout shift)
• Assist with changing film roll (lifting up to 100lbs with a partner multiple times throughout shift)
• Able to communicate well with Site Manager, Admin & Tech.
• Able to work as a team with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• All other task as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Team building skills and experience leading a team.
• Some maintenance experience (handyman skills).
• Machine Operator / manufacturing experience.
• 5S experience.
• Forklift experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to manage time and think critically.
