What You'll Do As Assistant Store Manager, you'll partner with the Operations Manager to help lead the daily operations of the business, including: Coaching, motivating, and developing team members Delivering an exceptional guest experience through outstanding customer service Leading by example and fostering a fun, positive, and accountable culture Assisting with scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and training Supporting merchandising and maintaining visual standards Helping manage inventory and operational excellence Monitoring sales performance and identifying opportunities to grow the business Opening and closing the store as needed What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who: Has retail leadership or management experience Loves coaching and developing others Has excellent communication and organizational skills Thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Is dependable, proactive, and leads with a positive attitude Wants to learn, grow, and advance within our company Japanese-speaking is a plus, but not required.
