As a Manager on Duty, you will be the leader in charge during your shift, responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations and delivering outstanding customer service. This is a hands-on role where you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the success of our store and the satisfaction of our customers. We are hiring an MOD for the Kapolei and Pearlridge stores. Experience Manager on Duty, Clerk V - Minimum of two years retail experience. Minimum of one year experience in purchasing, merchandising and selling. Minimum of one year leadership or supervisory experience. Formal education in natural health, nutrition and/or healing preferred. Skills Each product has its own story, benefits and uses. Ability to learn basic knowledge of all products carried in the department. Ability to solve a variety of situations in a productive, friendly, and courteous manner. Ability to communicate effectively with fellow Team Members and customers. Ability to perform basic computer functions, particularly whilst utilizing Microsoft programs.
