Help serve our products with friendly and helpful customer service Welcome all of our guests with Aloha Assist with stocking our coffee display and record accurate stock levels Regularly help fellow crew members maintain our store by following our company cleaning procedures and guidelines Complete any tasks assigned by management Be able to perform all closing tasks

Job Requirements:

High School Degree or Equivalent Shift Lead experience Be able to show up to all shifts on time Must be able to legally work in the United States and the State of Hawaii Provide a Negative TB Test before your first day of work Maintains a friendly, family-oriented professional profile to build a relationship with our Lappert's Hawaii team and guests Clear and friendly communication skills Upkeep of personal hygiene Requires the ability to reach, scoop ice cream, walk, bend, twist, and stand for long periods to perform all of the regular job functions Requires the ability to lift, carry, push or pull 25lbs
