Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and reliable Store Manager to oversee our frozen dessert shop! In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily store operations, drive sales growth, and ensure exceptional customer service. Your leadership will inspire your team to be creative, manage inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean and uplifiting environment.

Responsibilities Store Operations:

Manage opening and closing procedures, maintain strict cleanliness standards, and keep yogurt and topping machines working correctly.

Team Leadership:

Hire, train, schedule, and mentor staff members to deliver polite customer service.

Financial Management:

Track daily cash flow, handle bank deposits, manage labor costs, and review sales targets.

Inventory Control:

Monitor stock levels for yogurt bases, syrups, cones, and toppings, and place weekly reorders. Requirements Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles within the retail industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and communicate clearly. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math for retail transactions. Experience with recruiting, employee orientation, training & development, and performance management. Demonstrated ability in managing store operations including shift management, merchandising, stock control, and customer service excellence.
