Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

Job Description
Distribute all food, clothing, equipment, and other merchandise to the facility.
- Operates vehicles in the pickup and delivery of supplies from the warehouse to locations inside the institution.
- Deliver pass through items to the ordering department.
- Pull inventoried items listed on staff orders.
- Stack items to be delivered on carts or pallets.
- Verify that items have been pulled correctly.
- Deliver items to the appropriate department.
- Have staff verify and sign for the delivered items.
- Returned signed order forms to the warehouse and adjust inventory accordingly. Receive deliveries/shipments
- Check items delivered against the packing slip.
- Verify that no items in shipment are damaged.
- Report any discrepancies to the driver and note on applicable paperwork.
- Mark stock with receipt date.
- Put inventoried items away using the appropriate equipment (forklift, pallet jack, ladders) making sure to rotate stock.
- Set pass through items aside for delivery later.
- Distribute the packing slips to the business office and adjust inventory accordingly.
