Our guests become our friends and we encourage our team members to create WOW moments for everyone who walks through the door. The Shift Manager is a Full Time Manager/Hybrid Position. This position is expected to work 1-2 MOD shifts a week and will have the opportunity to earn tips on 3-4 serving and/or bartending shifts a week for a total of 5-6 shifts a week. Schedule will be semi flexible and will require mostly nights and weekends. Base Salary will be determined BOE. Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise FOH team members to ensure a high standard of service
• Set an example of Reds Alehouse standards, policies and procedures
• Minor projects as assigned by the Leadership Team.

Duties Supervise daily store activities, including sales, customer service, inventory control, and cash handling. Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Manage employee scheduling, training new staff, and providing ongoing development to ensure a high-performing team. Oversee stock levels, merchandising, pricing strategies, and inventory management to maximize sales opportunities. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, POS (Point of Sale) systems operation, and store policies. Assist with administrative tasks such as payroll processing, bookkeeping, and reporting on shift performance. Qualifications Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles within the retail industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and communicate clearly. Familiarity with Toast POS systems, inventory management software, and basic math for cash handling and sales calculations. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases. Experience in recruiting, interviewing, employee orientation, and training & development. Knowledge of retail math including pricing strategies, budgeting, and sales management. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts.
