Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive store success. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, motivate staff, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruiting of, recommend for hire and train positive individuals ensuring excellent customer service. Implement and enforce established daily operating procedures to ensure interior and exterior of the site is in accordance with NuWay-K&H Cooperative brand and image standards. Establish work schedules to ensure that all work assignments are covered each day; responsible for working hours necessary to ensure that the store is open and all shifts are covered. Responsible for the store profits and all controllable expenses including labor, inventory levels and cash and inventory shortages. Ensure all merchandise is stocked and displays are attractive, priced correctly and displayed in a safe manner. Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, protect and develop the cooperative's brands via ethical activities and intellectual property management. Continuous improvement through self-development and educational training. Attend all training sessions required by law and NuWay-K&H Cooperative. Perform other duties and responsibilities as appropriate and assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum two years' work experience that is applicable to the duties of the job. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer relation skills. Reliable and self-motivated with good problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures. Must possess ability to physically perform duties required to accomplish job responsibilities.

Pay:

$42,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
