Selected Assistant Managers In Training will receive specific training and development to prepare them for Assistant Store Manager opportunities in the company. Qualified Assistant Manager In Training candidates have a minimum of two years experience in retail. Previous experience in supervision and training are strongly preferred. Exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills are a must. You must have a valid drivers license and auto insurance. You must be able to pass a background check.
