Retail Print Manager- Caldwell Personnel Plus is now hiring a Retail Print Manager in Caldwell, ID Our client is seeking a Retail Print Manager to oversee daily store operations and print production in Caldwell, Idaho. This position will manage employees, assist customers, coordinate print projects, operate and oversee print production equipment, and ensure all products meet quality standards.
Pay and Schedule:
$22 P/H| Monday-Friday| 9am-5pm| What you'll do: Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures Oversee daily store operations and print production. Lead and train staff while providing excellent customer service. Coordinate printing, copying, shipping, and finishing services. Assist with graphic design and ensure quality of finished products. Manage inventory, supplies, and store organization. Support sales, marketing, and overall business goals. Any other duties as assigned What you'll need: Retail management experience preferred Printing, shipping, or copy center experience highly preferred Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills Experience with print equipment and production workflows Adobe Creative Suite knowledge, especially Photoshop and Illustrator Knowledge of graphic design, branding, and color theory Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems Strong organization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities High school diploma or equivalent required Able to lift 50-75 lbs. and perform physical tasks Dependable, professional, and customer-focused Must be drug-free
