Adam & Eve is looking for an experienced and motivated Regional Manager to oversee multiple retail locations throughout Idaho, Oregon, and Washington and provide leadership, coaching, and operational support to our Store Managers. The Regional Manager plays an important role in the overall success of their assigned region. This position is responsible for maintaining awareness of store performance, staffing and operational needs, developing strong Store Managers, ensuring company standards are consistently followed, and addressing concerns before they become larger issues. This is a multi-state position that requires regular travel between store locations in Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can balance accountability with coaching, communicate effectively, solve problems independently, and build successful teams across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day performance and operations of multiple store locations throughout Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. Maintain a strong understanding of each store's performance, staffing needs, leadership challenges, strengths, and areas requiring additional support. Maintain regular and meaningful communication with Store Managers and provide clear expectations, direction, and follow-up. Coach and develop Store Managers to strengthen their leadership, communication, accountability, and overall store management skills. Identify performance concerns and work with Store Managers to establish expectations and improve performance. Recognize strong performers and help develop employees with leadership potential. Hold Store Managers accountable for completing assigned responsibilities, meeting deadlines, and following company expectations. Follow up on concerns identified during store visits, conversations, and performance discussions to ensure issues are fully resolved. Address recurring problems rather than allowing ongoing issues to continue. Communicate significant store, staffing, operational, or employee concerns to appropriate company leadership in a timely manner. Maintain appropriate chain of command and ensure Store Managers understand when and how concerns should be escalated. Be accessible and supportive to Store Managers while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries. Investigate and gather relevant information before making decisions or responding to store concerns. Identify the root cause of recurring operational or leadership problems and develop practical solutions. Use company policies, procedures, and available resources when addressing store issues. Recognize when an issue can be handled independently and when HR or company leadership needs to be involved. Ensure company policies, procedures, operational processes, and store standards are consistently followed throughout the region. Monitor completion of required training and follow up on outstanding training needs. Ensure maintenance and operational concerns are appropriately reported and followed through to completion. Monitor inventory practices and operational accuracy within assigned locations. Assist with the implementation of new company programs, procedures, initiatives, and operational changes. Promote consistency in company standards and expectations between locations. Provide additional leadership and support to struggling stores and develop plans for improvement. Assist with new store openings, management transitions, staffing changes, and other major projects within the region. Travel regularly throughout Idaho, Oregon, and Washington to visit assigned locations, evaluate store operations, support Store Managers, provide training and coaching, and address concerns in person. Take ownership of unresolved regional concerns and ensure appropriate follow-through. Maintain professionalism and represent the company appropriately when interacting with employees, customers, vendors, and company leadership. Adapt to changing company needs, policies, and business priorities. Make thoughtful decisions rather than reacting before all relevant information has been gathered. Communicate concerns before they become emergencies. Develop solutions rather than simply identifying or reporting problems. Accept coaching and feedback and continue developing their own leadership abilities. Qualifications Previous multi-unit retail management experience strongly preferred. Previous Store Manager, District Manager, Regional Manager, or comparable leadership experience preferred. Strong leadership, coaching, and employee-development skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to handle sensitive employee and business matters professionally and appropriately. Comfortable holding managers accountable and addressing performance concerns. Ability to work independently while knowing when issues should be escalated to HR or company leadership. Must be comfortable working in an adult retail environment. Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel regularly throughout Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. Must be able to maintain a flexible schedule based on the needs of the stores and region.
