Eagle Vision One is seeking a motivated, patient-focused leader to join our growing organization as a Team Manager for one of our Vision Clinic Technician Teams. As we continue expanding with the opening of our new Eye Health Center this October and our third Vision Clinic in Star this December, we're looking for leaders who are passionate about developing people while continuing to provide exceptional patient care. The Team Manager is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the Technician Team within a single Eagle Vision One clinic. Team Managers continue working directly with patients while coaching team members, managing workflow, solving problems, and helping create a consistent, legendary patient experience. Directors partner with Team Managers to provide coaching and leadership development, but Team Managers are the direct leaders of their departments. What You'll Do As a Team Manager, you'll combine exceptional patient care with meaningful leadership responsibilities by: Providing outstanding patient care through technician duties, diagnostic testing, documentation, and patient education. Leading the daily operations of your department while remaining an active member of the Technician Team. Coaching and developing team members through training, feedback, and mentorship. Supporting onboarding and helping team members progress through their training levels. Managing workflow to ensure efficient operations and an exceptional patient experience. Resolving patient concerns and confidently navigating challenging situations. Communicating department initiatives and process improvements. Collaborating with the other Team Managers within your clinic to coordinate daily operations. Partnering with Directors to strengthen your department and support organizational initiatives. Helping build a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and legendary patient service.
