Main responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all front-end operations, ensuring fast, friendly, and accurate checkout serviceSupport customer service programs and respond to customer concerns in a timely and professional mannerProvide checkout support as needed, including register functions and customer assistanceGuide and oversee front-end activities including scheduling, service levels, and daily operationsMaintain cleanliness, organization, and a positive front-end environmentManage cash handling processes including tills, safe counts, reconciliation, refunds, and transactionsMonitor inventory and ordering of front-end supplies and materialsHire, train, coach, and develop front-end associates and supervisorsSupport labor planning, budgeting, and expense control for the departmentMaintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational proceduresComplete daily reports, payroll processes, and required documentationWe are looking for candidates who possess the following:
