Responsibilities Provide flexible coverage across multiple classrooms, stepping in where needed to support teachers and ensure continuity of care. Assist with child supervision, engaging children in age-appropriate activities that promote development and social skills. Support classroom management by maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment in compliance with safety standards and licensing regulations. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's daily experiences, progress, and any concerns that arise. Help implement curriculum plans focused on childhood development, including preschool activities, toddler care, and infant care routines. Ensure adherence to mandated reporting laws and safety protocols such as pediatric first aid, CPR, and child abuse prevention policies. IMPECCABLE RELIABILITY

Strong work ethic Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings. Knowledge of childhood development principles and classroom management techniques. Certification or training in first aid, CPR, pediatric first aid, or related safety procedures. Strong communication skills for parent interaction and team collaboration. Ability to adapt quickly to changing needs within multiple classrooms or environments. Familiarity with special education practices or working with children with disabilities is a plus. Demonstrated caregiving skills including behavior management, toddler care, infant care, and nannying or babysitting experience.
