Oversee employee relations, including staffing levels, training, job assignments, and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. Maintain a clean, organized station and ensure adequate stock of supplies at all times. Promote and enforce safe work habits, ensuring compliance with all safety and security procedures. Manage merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability through effective product selection, placement, stocking, and pricing. Complete daily bookkeeping tasks, including vendor invoices and other required documentation, accurately and promptly. Control shrinkage and monitor vendor activity and invoices to maintain operational integrity. Skills & Experience Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, stretching, and reaching; must be able to stand for extended periods. Comfortable working with petroleum products. Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate an adding machine. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
