Duties Lead and supervise all store activities, including sales, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service. Recruit, interview, train, and develop staff to foster a high-performing team dedicated to excellence. Manage payroll, scheduling, and employee orientation to ensure smooth operational flow. Oversee inventory control, purchasing, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to maximize profitability. Handle cash handling procedures, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and cashiering duties with accuracy and integrity. Implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Maintain operational standards by supervising shift management, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Skills Strong leadership abilities with experience in retail management and supervising teams. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable. Skilled in negotiation, customer service excellence, and employee orientation techniques. Proficient in inventory management systems, POS technology, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and retail math. Demonstrated experience in recruiting, training & development, budgeting, and operational management. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently through effective time management and organizational skills. Knowledge of merchandising strategies, pricing tactics, marketing initiatives, and inventory control procedures. Experience with wireless sales or grocery store operations is a plus but not required.
