Salary/Hourly Rate $25/hr - $30/hr, Depending on experience Position Overview The Assistant Store Manager will help lead daily store operations, support and develop the retail team, and ensure an exceptional experience for every customer. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who is comfortable in a sales-focused environment and brings a customer-first, solutions-oriented approach. Responsibilities Of The Assistant Store Manager Lead and support the retail team in achieving sales and customer experience goals. Create a welcoming, personalized experience for customers and proactively address their needs. Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to support individual and team performance. Foster a positive, collaborative team culture and address challenges or conflicts effectively. Support daily store operations and ensure company policies and procedures are followed. Required Experience/Skills For The Assistant Store Manager Previous supervisory or leadership experience in retail or hospitality. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
