MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE

Overview The Assistant Manager supports daily operations by supervising employees, maintaining workflow, and ensuring team members are assigned to the appropriate stations. They help maintain a productive, organized, and customer-focused work environment. Responsibilities Oversee employees and ensure they are assigned to their designated stations. Monitor employee performance and provide guidance when needed. Assist with opening and closing procedures. Ensure stations are properly stocked, clean, and organized. Help train and onboard new employees. Address employee or customer concerns professionally. Support the Manager with daily operations and administrative tasks. Ensure company policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed. Communicate important updates and expectations to the team. Step in to assist employees and maintain smooth operations during busy periods.

Pay:

$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 30.0 per week
