Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Shop Manager to oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and management skills, with a comprehensive understanding of auto mechanics, welding, organization, and team supervision. This role requires a proactive individual capable of managing staff, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and maintaining efficient operations. The Shop Manager will play a pivotal role in making sure equipment is running properly, and day to day operations with equipment checkout Etc. Responsibilities Maintaining equipment, and keeping shop cleaned and organized. Manage inventory levels through effective purchasing, stock management, and merchandising strategies. Oil changes, Chain sharpening, making sure all equipment is up to date. Giving direction to employees at the end of day checklist. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and store procedures. Qualifications Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Demonstrated leadership qualities with experience in team management & employee development Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Previous assistant manager or managerial experience is highly desirable
