May have primary responsibility for hiring and training retail sales staff. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

Pay:
$50K~$100K/year (negotiable for experienced candidates) Sales Assistant Manager (EMS Industry) We are seeking a Sales Assistant Manager with experience in the EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) industry to support business development, quotation management, supply chain coordination, and customer relationship management. Responsibilities Prepare product cost estimates based on customer drawings and specifications Request and manage quotations from electronic component suppliers Build and optimize supply chains for new and existing programs Prepare customer quotations by consolidating pricing information Negotiate with customers to support new business acquisition Coordinate with manufacturing facilities for smooth program launches and NPI support Develop new customer relationships and generate business opportunities Collaborate cross-functionally with suppliers, customers, and internal teams Qualifications Experience in preparing quotations/cost estimates at a manufacturing company (EMS industry is preferred) Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) Knowledge of electronic components and EMS operations is preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a multicultural business environment
