Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team in a fast-paced quick service restaurant. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and contributing to the success of our store.

Duties:

• Assist in managing daily store operations, including supervising staff, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and processing transactions at the cash register.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a well-stocked inventory, conduct regular stock checks, and place orders as needed to meet customer demand.
• Assist in training and coaching staff on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to ensure consistent service standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in cash handling procedures and operating a cash register.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Knowledge of budgeting principles and experience with basic financial tasks.
• Familiarity with operations and an understanding of restaurant dynamics.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also demonstrating leadership qualities as an Assistant Manager.
