This role is responsible for staff management, scheduling, inventory, ordering and receiving merchandise, customer service, merchandising, and supporting local marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and enjoys creating a fun shopping experience for children and families. Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, and supervise store associates
• Create and manage employee schedules
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, and stock replenishment
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays and store presentation
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Support store events, promotions, and local marketing initiatives
• Monitor sales performance and help achieve store goals
• Manage and maintain social media. Qualifications
• Previous retail management or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with inventory management and merchandising
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
• Comfortable lifting up to 25 pounds and performing retail floor duties
• Must be available to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and seasonal peak periods

Pay:

$40,000.00
