Jack in the Box Joliet is looking for an energetic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team in Joliet, IL! Responsibilities:

Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service Lead, coach, and motivate Team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences Monitor food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards in compliance with company guidelines Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and register reconciliation Support inventory management, ordering, and waste control efforts Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally to maintain guest satisfaction Assist with scheduling, training, and performance development

Requirements:

Previous experience in a restaurant, food service, or retail supervisory role required Strong leadership and team-building skills in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Basic math and cash handling proficiency Food handler certification or willingness to obtain upon hire Reliable, dependable, and a positive team-first attitude
