This is a Salaried position with commission opportunity based on performance. Salary is based on experience. Shop hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm and Saturday 8:00am to noon.

Responsibilities will include:

Writing estimates for crashed vehicles Managing technicians and porter, and working with office staff at two locations Dealing with customers both on the phone and in person Working with insurance companies and agents both on the phone and in personFinishing jobs and billing them out in a timely manner Maintaining a level of profitability for the shop on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis A qualified candidate must have: Minimum 2 years estimating experience Minimum 2 years management experience Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills Computer proficiency and have experience with CCC One software Please email an updated resume for immediate consideration.
