Our 10-minute, drive-through oil change and focus on customer satisfaction creates a positive, fun environment for staff and our customers. Whether you have an automotive background or not, our system provides the tools necessary to be successful. The Area Manager role oversees 8-12 shops.

Responsibilities People Management:

Developing Shop Managers and building a talent pipeline through Manager in Training and Certified Training Shop Manager programs. Create a positive culture through recognition, accountability, support, and ensuring labor management aligns with business needs.

Company Standards:

Ensure consistent adherence to company standards, deliver exceptional customer service reflected in Net Promoter Scores and Google reviews, reduce claims, maintain a clean and professional facility, and prioritize urgency in customer greetings and achieving 10-minute bay times.

Data Experts:

Be fluent in Power BI for daily performance analysis, focus on increasing car count, and coach on all key performance indicators. Encourage competitiveness in meeting targets, challenge Shop Managers with data-driven questions, and troubleshoot performance outliers with the team.

Policy and Procedure Experts:

Be knowledgeable and able to teach inventory management, cash handling, recruiting, training programs, the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to termination, and the company handbook. Qualifications 2+ years' experience working in a multi-unit leadership role In-shops in your market 3-4 days per week Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Ability to analyze data and business trends Experience managing organizational change, with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs and guide teams through new initiatives effectively Experience managing a budget and driving towards unit-level financial plan targets
