Hello , The McDonald's in Metropolis Il. is looking to hire a few openers and closers. Starting pay for opening shift or closing shift is $15/hour minimum. Duties for

Service Opener & Grill Opener:

• Prepare the store for opening operations by completing the following tasks:
• Set up the service area by turning on equipment, and stocking food and paper product for customer service in a timely manner.
• Prepare coffee and other beverages for customers.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting with their needs
• Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently, handling cash transactions and providing change as needed
• Set up the grill/kitchen area by turning on equipment, stocking food and paper product and cooking product in a timely manner, while maintaining food safety protocol.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the shift
• Follow all company policies and procedures regarding food safety, safety, sanitation, and customer service.

Requirements:

• Basic math skills
• Previous experience working in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred
• Ability to work early morning shifts and start work on time
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
