Job Description

Job Description We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at 305 W. Beaufort St. in Normal, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading our team to success. Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient workflow Manage and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Assist in inventory management and stock control Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and quality standards Manage cash handling and financial transactions accurately Coordinate with other managers to implement company initiatives and promotions Assist in training and developing new team members Maintain a clean and organized work environment Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals Qualifications Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the food service or retail industry Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in basic math and problem-solving Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Demonstrated organizational and time management skills Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems and other relevant software Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Food safety certification (preferred) Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
