Join our amazing team where the opportunities are endless. We are looking for a Lawn & Garden department manager for our Oak Park location. The Lawn & Garden department manager will manage our outdoor power equipment, BBQ grills and lawn maintenance products. You will work as part of a team, ensuring that customer engagement is the top priority, while also assisting in the daily visual and operational maintenance of the store. The ideal candidate will have prior retail experience and solid working knowledge involving outdoor power equipment, BBQ grills and accessories, lawn and plant products and accessories. Must be available to work flexible hours and days (including some holidays). This is a full-time position.

Requirements:

Assist in creating a positive, professional and safe work environment. Assist with receiving, checking in and stocking of merchandise throughout the store. Assist with maintaining back stock levels. Assist with daily maintenance, orderliness and cleanliness of the sales floor, stock room and outdoor merchandise area. Assist with merchandise resets through the store. Provide assistance to Department Specialists, i.e. price changes, special orders.
