The Role We're looking for a high-energy Store Manager to lead daily operations at one of our retail locations. You'll be the driving force behind an exceptional customer experience, a motivated team, and a high-performing store. What You'll Do Lead, coach, schedule, and develop store employees to perform at their best Manage day-to-day workflows, productivity, inventory, and branch expenses Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, employees, and vendors Identify customer needs and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency Stay sharp on product knowledge — tires, services, and competitive offerings Conduct visual inspections (under hood, under car, wheel-off) and oversee repairs across brakes, suspension, front-end, flushes, and more Handle tire inventory functions including stock management, shipping, and receiving Balance competing priorities to ensure customer demands are consistently met What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in automotive repair retail 2+ years in a leadership or management role (scheduling, coaching, performance management) A proven track record of driving store revenue and building customer loyalty Working knowledge of repairs for cars, light trucks, and luxury imports Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication A valid driver's license and flexibility to work varied schedules Must successfully pass a physical, drug test, and background check upon offer What We Offer Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Supplemental insurance options 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off & Holidays Employee Assistance Program A clear path for growth within one of the industry's fastest-growing companies Cassidy Tire & Service is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
