An Assistant Retail Store Manager provides support to the Manager of a retail store, either an independent business or a store that is part of a large retail chain. May have primary responsibility for hiring and training retail sales staff. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

Responsibilities:
Lead shifts and support daily store operations Work alongside team members to provide excellent customer service Assist with stocking, cleaning, and maintaining store standards Support inventory management and ordering Train and coach team members Assist with scheduling and staffing needs Complete administrative tasks and store paperwork Learn kitchen operations and provide support when needed
