Description NA Qualifications Attention to Detail Continuous Improvement Microsoft Office with focus in Excel Word Teams Outlook Responsibilities Intern would be responsible for monitoring and reviewing release problems aged 5+ days for escalation opportunities and coordinating with account managers for assistance. Other projects would include auditing branch rules to ensure all are accurate and up to date, reviewing redundancies with Mike and Krystal, and standardizing/optimizing branch and provider rules into one centralized, IAA managed document.
