Overview We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a 1st Shift Lead. This role is long term. Duties

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the department
• Train, develop, and supervise department staff
• Monitor and manage inventory levels and stock replenishment
• Coordinate and ensure adequate coverage
• Shipping and receiving
• Packing
• Picking of orders
• Re-work Skills
• Proficient in training development
• Ability to manage a team effectively
• Strong shift management skills
• Understanding of retail math principles
• Experience with stock management
• Previous exposure to store management or retail management

Hours:

8:30am

• 5:00 pm

Rate:

$20 hr
