Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Store Manager to lead our retail team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and maintain inventory control to create a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your leadership will be vital in fostering a dynamic team environment and achieving store goals. Duties Lead and supervise retail staff, including hiring, training, and performance management to foster a high-performing team Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning of sales, inventory management, and customer service processes Manage inventory levels through purchasing, stock replenishment, and inventory control procedures Implement merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales potential Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using phone etiquette and excellent communication skills Conduct employee orientation and training sessions on POS systems, sales techniques, and operational procedures Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to meet or exceed sales targets while managing budgets effectively Experience Proven management experience in retail or wireless sales environments with supervisory responsibilities Strong knowledge of retail industry sales techniques, inventory management, and POS systems Experience in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and developing team members Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and communicate managerial expectations clearly Familiarity with retail math including pricing, cashiering, cash handling, and basic bookkeeping Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Prior experience in grocery or electronics retail stores is advantageous but not required Join us to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences while advancing your career in retail management!
