Responsibilities Lead and motivate the retail sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service. Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system management. Manage inventory control, purchasing, stocking, and merchandising to optimize product presentation and availability. Recruit, interview, train, and develop staff to build a high-performing team aligned with company standards. Implement employee orientation programs and conduct ongoing training & development initiatives. Monitor sales performance, prepare budgets, and manage payroll to ensure operational efficiency. Maintain organizational standards for cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies. Experience Proven management experience in retail store environments with supervisory responsibilities. Strong background in retail sales management, including inventory management, merchandising, and POS systems. Demonstrated skills in negotiation, employee recruitment, interviewing, and team supervision. Experience with payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and operational management. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to support diverse customer bases. Familiarity with grocery or wireless sales is advantageous but not required.
